Behind the build
This 911 came in for one thing: Apple CarPlay, without the car looking like anything had been done to it. The Alpine sits in the factory radio opening, tight to the console, and every original vent, switch and finish stays where Porsche put it. We added a pair of USB ports in the console pocket so the owner's phone has a home and a clean run to the unit. From the driver's seat it looks like the car came this way — maps, calls and music on the screen, and a 911 that still feels like a 911.
